FAQ ## Questions about pricing and contracts. How do I cancel Business? Use “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of any page, even without signing in, or cancel on your account page; the confirmation shows up right away on screen and by email. Business stays active until the end of the paid month or year. After that, your account carries on in Free and you keep your agent. What counts as an answer? Usage is counted as one answer per visitor message. Each calendar month brings a new quota: 50 answers on Free, 2,000 on Business. What happens when the quota runs out? Your agent stops answering open questions until the end of the month. It asks people to leave a request instead and keeps accepting requests. The next calendar month brings a new quota. Monthly or yearly: what's the difference? Monthly, you pay €39 and can cancel at the end of any month. Yearly, you pay €390 up front, which gets you 2 months free, and you cancel for the end of the year. Both renew automatically until you cancel. Do I get an invoice? Yes. Your invoices are in Stripe's subscription portal, which you open from your account page. Prices are final, with no VAT added (small business under § 19 UStG). Is Free just a trial?
